1. Parties
These draft terms would govern use of Zunia wallets, websites, and related services operated by Zunia Lab (name TBD).
2. Non-custodial software
Zunia provides non-custodial wallet software. You control your keys. We cannot recover seed phrases, reverse transactions, or freeze on-chain balances.
3. Eligibility / acceptable use
Draft placeholders: age requirements, prohibited illicit use, sanctions compliance, no reverse engineering of security controls beyond research disclosure policy.
4. Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contract, bridge, and third-party dApp risk sits with you. Network fees are paid to validators / chains, not as a Zunia cut (intended policy).
5. Disclaimers
Software provided "as is" while in beta / pre-release. Limit liability clauses TBD by counsel.
