1. Parties
These draft terms would govern use of Zunia wallets, websites, and related services operated by Zunia Lab (name TBD).
2. Non-custodial software
Zunia provides non-custodial wallet software. You control your keys. We cannot recover seed phrases, reverse transactions, or freeze on-chain balances.
3. Eligibility / acceptable use
Draft placeholders: age requirements, prohibited illicit use, sanctions compliance, no reverse engineering of security controls beyond research disclosure policy.
4. Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contract, bridge, and third-party dApp risk sits with you.
5. Fees
The wallet is free to install, with no premium tier and no token. Network fees are paid to validators / chains, not to Zunia. Sends, IBC transfers and staking carry no Zunia commission: you pay only the network fee.
Swaps made with the Swap screen of the Zunia browser extension or of the Zunia web dashboard (app.zunialab.com) carry a 0.5% commission, sent to Zunia. It is taken in the same transaction as the swap, in the token you sell, and shown before you sign. For a cross-chain swap (funds on another chain, swapped on Osmosis), the commission is taken on the starting chain when the transfer is sent. If the swap then fails on Osmosis, the amount swapped comes back; the commission does not. Swaps made on another website or dApp and only signed with Zunia carry no Zunia commission.
